Learn Dutch with Loquus
This Loquus course focuses on Dutch as used in the Netherlands. Start with words you want to understand and conversations you want to join. Lessons, listening, and reference tools give you different ways to practice, whether you are beginning or returning after some time away.

Dutch combinations such as ui, eu, and ij can be easier to approach with audio beside the spelling. Use the alphabet reference and Dictionary to listen to examples. Try the whole word aloud, then replay it to notice the sound you want to work on.
Dutch verb placement may feel unfamiliar if you are used to English word order. Grammar Center lets you look up an explanation and compare examples. When reviewing a phrase, notice where the verb sits and which words belong together before changing one part of the sentence.
