Report a bug in Loquus

For learners who found something in the app, or on this website, that doesn’t work as it should. A clear report makes a problem easier to find and fix, and it shows other learners they are not alone.

What to post here

Crashes, freezes, buttons that do nothing, layouts that break and pages that won’t load all belong here. A report might begin with a line like one of these:

How to write a helpful post

A good report lets someone else see the same problem on their own device. Include:

Before you post

The download page links to Loquus on the App Store for iPhone and iPad and on Google Play for Android.

Then read the recent reports. If your bug is already there, reply with your device, operating system and app version instead of starting a new post. A problem that involves a purchase or anything private goes to email, and the support page has the address.

What happens next

Reports appear after moderation, and every one is read. A reply may ask for more detail, and there are no notifications, so check back here. When other learners add their own devices to a report, the pattern becomes easier to see.

Common questions

Should I report a bug here or by email?

Here, when you can describe it without private details, so other learners can confirm it. By email, when it involves a purchase, your account or personal information.

My bug is already reported. Should I post again?

Reply to the existing report instead. Your device, operating system and app version show whether the problem affects one setup or many.

Can I attach a screenshot?

Posts are plain text, so describe what you see and copy any message word for word. If a screenshot really matters, email it to support@loquuslanguage.com.
