Ask a question about Loquus
For anyone installing, trying or using Loquus who needs a hand. New learners, returning learners and people still deciding whether Loquus suits them are all welcome.
All community topicsWhat to post here
Questions about getting started, choosing a course, subscriptions and everyday use of the app belong here. For example:
- How do I install Loquus on my iPad?
- What should I do if the App Store download won’t start?
- Is Belgian Dutch a separate course from Dutch?
- What is included with free access?
- How do I cancel Loquus Plus on Android?
- Can I learn two languages at the same time?
- Are lesson explanations available in Spanish?
How to write a helpful post
A clear question is easier to answer. Check that your post includes:
- What you are trying to do, in one sentence.
- Your device, such as an iPhone, an iPad or an Android phone, and its operating system version.
- The language you are learning, if the question is about a course.
- The step where you got stuck, and what you have already tried.
- Any message on your screen, copied word for word.
- Whether you use free access or Loquus Plus, if that could matter.
Before you post
The download page links to Loquus on the App Store for iPhone and iPad and on Google Play for Android.
The support page answers common questions about the app and subscriptions. For a question about one lesson on this website, use the discussion under that lesson, where the answer stays with the lesson for the next reader.
What happens next
Your question appears once the moderator approves it. Other readers can answer, and the moderator can add an official Loquus reply. You won’t get a notification, so come back to this page to read the answers.
Common questions
Can I ask about billing here?
General questions are welcome, such as what free access includes. Loquus Plus is billed through Apple or Google Play, so a question about your own purchase is better sent by email.
Is email faster than posting here?
Email is the fastest way to reach Loquus directly, at support@loquuslanguage.com. Posting here is better when other people may have the same question, because the answer stays public for them.
What if nobody answers?
Reply to your own post with anything new, such as a message you saw or a step you tried. Keeping the details in one place makes the question easier to answer.
