Common questions
How do I get more than 3 lesson starts a day?
Loquus Plus removes the daily lesson start limit, and also unlocks section reviews, the Arcade, and each unit's capstone lessons. Open the upgrade screen in the app to see current subscription options, prices, and any trial available to your account.
How do I manage or cancel my Loquus Plus subscription?
Subscriptions are billed and managed by Apple on iPhone and iPad, and by Google Play on Android. On iPhone or iPad, open Settings, tap your name at the top, then Subscriptions, and select Loquus. On Android, open the Google Play Store app, tap your profile picture, then Payments and subscriptions, then Subscriptions, and select Loquus. Canceling stops future renewals; it doesn't refund the current period. Loquus itself has no way to see or change your billing, since all payment handling happens on Apple's or Google's side.
Which languages does Loquus support?
Spanish, French, German, Italian, Portuguese, Russian, Arabic, Hindi, Japanese, Korean, Mandarin Chinese, English, and Dutch, including a separate Belgian Dutch track.
Is my data private? Where is it stored?
Everything Loquus knows about your learning stays on your device. There's no account and no Loquus server. The one exception is an issue report you choose to send from inside the app: it goes to an Apple managed iCloud inbox so I can look into the problem. See the Privacy Policy for the full details.
I found a bug, or a lesson looks wrong.
