Learn German with Loquus

German word order can change between a statement, a question, and a longer sentence. Grammar Center provides a place to study the pattern behind an example. Take one sentence at a time and follow the verb before trying to understand every detail at once.
Letters such as ä, ö, ü, and ß deserve attention alongside the rest of a word. Use the alphabet reference and Dictionary audio to hear examples. Replay a word slowly, then listen at normal speed and try saying it within a phrase you are practicing.
